      Pros

      Plenty of helpers available. Regular scheduled shifts.

      Cons

      The payroll arrangement is sketchy, at best. Given a P45 every 6 to 12 weeks, and then paid by a different company, rinse and repeat. Earnings not properly declared to HMRC (causing issues for disabled childs benefit payments).
