      Pros

      Closeness to the area manager, plenty of room to improve and adapt the course material with your own knowledge.

      Cons

      Sometimes the rooms where the classes are held don't allow for the material to be taught comfortably, but the area manager is open to discuss the problems the teachers find.

      Pros

      I have yet to find anything good about Logiscool.

      Cons

      They treat franchisees as employees and not in a good way rather than as partners. Marketing has no imagination. They use stock photos Website is HORRIBLE! They reject all input from franchisees. Onboarding of new franchisees is slow and HORRIBLE! CEO only hires people who agree with her and it shows poorly throughout the organization. Only a few countries are successful.
