Certain aspects of the benefits were great. LinkedIn Learning Willingness to spend $ on certain applications needed to drive the department in a forward moving direction.
Cons
Chaos, disruption, toxicity. There is no foundation or organizational structure within the marketing department. Priorities and goals changed daily with unrealistic expectations. You will be told when hired supply chain experience isn’t necessary, but expected to know a lot about it with no training whatsoever. Working 12+ days is normal, and not feeling valued for your work is normal too. Learning how to become a mind reader is also needed to be successful. But you can’t measure success because nothing ever gets done.
