Pros

I cannot think of any pros. Truly awful company to work for.

Cons

Business lead by family and friends. Management style from previous century. Departments lead by senior management with 0 relevant expertise and yet phenomenally huge egos. Dubious new senior recruits who act as extensions of management with no personality or social competence but yet that infamous ego that seem to be the business trademark. Avoid at all costs.

Friendly and supportive colleagues who make the work environment enjoyable Good starting point for those entering the sports betting industry Some nice employee benefits and perks Opportunity to learn the basics of odds compiling and market monitoring
