      Pros

      Nice salary, benefits, end year parties.

      Cons

      Micro management. Roadmaps are continuously changed. Plans changes every month and same the priorities within a specific plan. No Project Management culture, just Tech lead that are in charge for everything. Hard to keep a long term employment.
