Pros

- Great and talented people in house - Logically leadership truly cares about the customer and strives to constantly improve it's services. - Logically leadership team cares about their employees - Josh Skeens will be a great CEO!

Cons

Actually owned by a Private Equity firm (The Riverside Company) that calls all the shots, leaving the Logically leadership team mostly powerless in achieving their goals. Riverside has no clue about the MSP space, nor how to run the business. Their only concern is the bottom line and the numbers. Over the past twelve months, we raised our pricing 5 times and only once, advised our clients about the increases in advance. All departments are constantly being cut and turnover is crazy high, both in the trenches and upper management. Riverside is quickly destroying the company with their focus on keeping their investors happy, rather than Logically's clients. It's like working for a bi-polar boss. The ratings I've given are based upon this current dynamic of Riverside's obvious goals and controlling all major decisions.

Pros

When the EVP of Sales took over things really turnaround in the Sales Division. We’ve had many history breaking months. There is growth opportunities, as I’ve seen many people get promoted internally. Overall a great company to work for.

Cons

There really is no con, it’s all about your mindset and your potential to maximize on an opportunity.

Pros

What is the best part of working at the company? The first few weeks were positive, with a supportive team and a smooth onboarding process. However, over time, management shifted toward heavy micromanagement, which made it difficult to work efficiently and take ownership of tasks. This change impacted overall morale and productivity.

Cons

What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Extreme micromanagement is the biggest issue. Employees are required to log their work down to the minute in a productivity tracking system, which feels more like surveillance than management. This creates a stressful environment, lowers morale, and limits productivity rather than improving it.
