      Where to begin? High turnover, micromanagement at every level, horrible benefits, low morale, a CEO that only cares about how much money he's making, an EVP that no one takes seriously, processes that change daily. If you're in sales run from this company. They will micromanage you to the minute and then put you on PIP the second you step out of line.

      When the EVP of Sales took over things really turnaround in the Sales Division. We’ve had many history breaking months. There is growth opportunities, as I’ve seen many people get promoted internally. Overall a great company to work for.

      There really is no con, it’s all about your mindset and your potential to maximize on an opportunity.
