      Pros

      -Remote work -Excellent communication -Good people that share the same goals - Positive environment - Management/ HR is very responsive - Everyone is kind, helpful and always willing to jump in to answer questions, concerns ect. - Work/Life Balance

      Cons

      - Remote Work (pro & con) - Odd Schedule, For the most part it's not too bad and is quite flexible ( this does not apply to majority of LP positions)

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
