      Pros

      With a young staff, Logical Position has a fun and social work culture. Because the company is growing so quickly, the environment is fast-paced and individual success is consistently recognized with opportunities for advancement. They're working on a new office space right now to allow for more expansion. I appreciate that the management is open-minded about investing in changes to improve the work environment.

      Cons

      Another week off or more three-day weekends could really help the work-life balance, especially since many employees are young and like to travel!

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
