Working for Logical Position has been a great experience, in both professional development and culture. In my 2 years at LP, I have not only developed great relationships with my colleagues and clients, but have also had the opportunity for hands-on training and creative development. All of our employees are offered the chance to grow and advance in their position with LP, and that’s what makes it so great. I’ve always believed that companies who show their employees great worth and care do have the best employees; as it is the deep company culture that makes the employee WANT to work harder. In working for Logical Position, I feel that through and through. I have never laughed more at any other job than I have here. To stay ahead of the curve and at the top of my game, I have had to work hard to prove my abilities and worth. While this is not negative insight whatsoever, this job does require employees to work hard in order to move to that next step. Employees who have not done that simply get lost in the shuffle. At the end of the day, we work hard so we can play hard.
