      Pros

      Fantastic work environment, easy to learn with great mentors and training programs, full job transparency, fun cash bonus opportunities, office parties, "one for all" office mentality, managers are very warm and encouraging, the harder you work the more money you make and TACO FRIDAYS :) During the recent pandemic, LP handled everything with grace. They allowed us to work from home and continue without pay cuts. During a confusing and difficult time, all of the managers, administration and even the CEO remained in direct communication.

      Cons

      You REALLY have to self manage. This job will give you all the tools you need to succeed but you have to put in the work. Success doesn't always come easy.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
