Before starting at LP I had absolutely no direction of where I was going. They gave me a chance when I had zero experience and it's one of the best things that has ever happened to me, possibly THE best thing. I have a career that I love and a purpose. I feel good about what I do every day and I have LP to thank for that. They are ethical and know what they are doing. I feel good offering our service to the clients I work with. That has never been the case anywhere I've ever worked.
Cons
The job is hard. Some of what is hard about it is my favorite part though.

Cons
If you don't enjoy collaboration, flexible work environments, or work that helps businesses grow, this is not the company for you.
Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun.
The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.
Cons
It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
