      Pros

      Logical Position is truly a place you can set up camp professionally and blossom. There are so many career paths and avenues for growth. The management from top to bottom is open, transparent, and accommodating. They will listen to your concerns and feedback whether you have been here one day or five years. There is plenty of fun to be had too! Lots of out-of-work activities that are paid for by the company, like volunteering, happy hours, bowling, kickball, beach trips, etc. The holiday party is top notch. I have recommended LP to a few friends, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it for any others either.

      Cons

      I think the company is ready for a true HQ. I understand why we don't have one yet, but I know a lot of people are itching to get into the new space. The buildings are more than fine, but I think everyone is ready to be back together in the same building. As it is now, we have operations in Lake Oswego split between three buildings. Other than that, I can't think of much I have to complain about. Maybe more "everything" bagels on Wednesdays?

We are still going back and forth with a few different groups about the HQ but I'm optimistic we will have a clear picture of what that will look like very soon. I'm excited for that too.       Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
