Pros
The company culture, from top to bottom, is phenomenal. Everyone in upper management wants to see you succeed and grow as an individual. Also, the work-life balance is the best I've ever experienced. The company knows that the people that they hire are going to hold themselves accountable for getting their job done.
Cons
The growing pains that come from an up-and-coming company. E.g. the policies are constantly changing, which can be frustrating. Other than that, I can't think of any.

If you don't enjoy collaboration, flexible work environments, or work that helps businesses grow, this is not the company for you.
Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun.
The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.
Cons
It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
