Pros

Logical Position has done an awesome job creating and maintaining a fun atmosphere for their employees. I enjoy coming to work every day because of the people I get to spend it with, it really is the best part of this job. This position is great for someone just out of college or someone wanting to gain knowledge/experience with SEM, but keep in mind that this is an entry level sales position that involves cold calling most of the day...so if you don't have a positive outlook or the mindset, this probably won't be the best position for you.

Cons

Some of the downsides here at LP is that cold calling gets exhausting and it can take a toll on you if you let it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm happy you are enjoying your experience and I appreciate everything you are doing for LP. I like the idea of more training/silent coaching and will make sure we prioritize that. Please let me know if there is ever anything I can do to help. -Mike W.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
