Pros

I think that most people looking for a job within this industry would really enjoy the energetic and lively culture at LP. It's definitely the sort of place where somebody can come in on the ground floor and quickly start moving up the ladder if they work hard. I worked in one of the smaller departments, but even I was given the chance to prove myself and quickly found myself in a management role. Overall, there are a lot of good folks there and a management team that seems truly interested in the well-being of their employees.

Cons

It's still a young company in the grand scheme of things and at times it shows. I think it's hard for company policy to keep up with the rapid growth happening but management does seem to eventually be able to modify things to accommodate. Sometimes it feels like a really tenured company but at times it might seem like a startup. I think that is just natural with a company that has grown so big in such a short amount of time.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
