      Pros

      There's a ton of room to grow at LP! I moved up very quickly through management and beyond. I learned so much and the people really are supportive and wonderful. Just work hard and have a positive attitude, and you'll go far.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the snacks run out and the coffee isn't amazing. Set the standard really high in this industry, and now competition has increased a lot.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
