      Pros

      Best workplace environment that promotes success at multiple levels. Leadership that is encouraging and allows for autonomous growth in the position. You cannot underestimate an environment where winners and overachievers encourage success at all levels. Management that doesn’t lead with threats, but encouragement. This is the best company I’ve worked for in the last 15 years.

      Cons

      High attrition rate due to strict quota. Much of your success is predicated on practicing and self-learning - you cannot succeed without independent motivation to learn. Most people who’ve left the company due to quota regret not meeting performance standards.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
