      Pros

      Amazing Leadership! LP really cares about it's employees, even though it is a remote job they really build a great culture. Everyone is very helpful! Eric the CEO is very nice and makes decisions and implements changes quickly. They really care about the clients and the work that they do. Very innovative. Definitely the most knowledgeable digital marketing firm. While I was there I was even able to meet with a Meta Executive and ask him some questions that I had.

      Cons

      A lot of people don't meet their sales goals. You really need to be driven and growth oriented to make it. The only issue I personally had was just the wages being lower than I was used to.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
