Pros

Only pro is you work remote

Cons

Managers are nothing more than supervisors that monitor your call activity...they are totally CLUELESS what professional sales is about...they are cheap car salesman who think they are some great salespeople because it was their first job out of college cuz they couldn't get a REAL salesj ob...they worked for peanuts and fell for the work your tail off telemarketing and you too can be an Assistant Manager or Assistant Director of Sales! None of them are any older than 30! They disrespect the new hires, treat them like work horses, give ZERO beneficial sales advice because they arent salespeople...they're management robot yes men/women...there are 1 or 2 "managers" that actually have sales talent the rest of them are a JOKE! If you want a dead end, churn and burn job....this is the place for you! If you're ok being treated like a number and you're ok with making $33k/ yr then go for it...but know its temporary, cuz if you have ANY sales talent you will NOT like this job, nor will you be successful here unless you're a suck up...ask yourself...why do they have training classes ever month with 20-30 new hires?? Cuz anyone with REAL talent never lasts much past 2months!!! The comp plan is designed to suck the life outta you, then they toss you to the curb...any favorable reviews here cant be real...this place is a sweatshop with puppets as "sales management" who are drinking the Kool aid and cant get a real sales manager job so they hang around there for years because they're talent is high pressure car sales approach...its pretty sad...Upper management is no better...they're sales strategy to get business is to run a call center of churn and burn telemarketers and the real joke is they are a marketing agency with no real marketing strategy for their own company.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
