      Pros

      If you are a go getter you can move up within the company in 12-18 months.

      Cons

      Once you hit a certain point, managers will stop trying to help you. They function as managers, and anyone who shows initiative to be a leader gets stomped on. A lot of the executive positions and upper positions get cycled in and out. Its like a big popularity contest here. And nobody in the back office likes the sales floor. They promote failed sales-persons and move them into back office.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
