      Pros

      The team culture here is genuinely supportive and collaborative. Everyone I've worked with has been kind and willing to help, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day work life. The learning opportunities are excellent and I've been able to develop my technical skills significantly since joining. The office space is modern, well-maintained and is a pleasant work environment. The flexibility of hybrid/remote work is a major plus.

      Cons

      Cross-team communication could use improvement. Occasional information gaps between departments that slow things down.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
