Opportunity to work with some of the brightest consultants and designers in the field within a highly collaborative and engaging environment. Company genuinely cares about its employees as evident by their on-going training and education and morale building events.

Lack of an effective business development program has failed to generate any significant client wins during the past few years resulting in on-going staff reductions. Another contributing factor is the company's inability to quickly and clearly communicate their services to prospects (check out their website and see if you can figure out what they do).
