      Great people and a good training ground, working at Logica in the 80s was a highlight of my career.

      Paid on time and good documentation.

      Cons

      ZERO marketing if you are looking for new contracts. Employer is too afraid to submit any resume for any new jobs. Negotiate everything before joining as nothing will change after.
