      Pros

      I am working in Logic matter for more than 2 years. I Joined the company as a fresher. Found that Great work culture, tremendous learning opportunities and transparent performance appraisal system - management takes a genuine interest in employees' personal and professional development. And management is always shows respect to new ideas the employees come up with. Can work in open source BI tools which is upcoming market in India and abroad

      Cons

      The things take lot of time then we expected. This is because of less human resources. But I am seeing a change in this as company hiring new talented members.

      Thanks for the feedback. Every employee has access to the Management and that culture will remain even as we grow. Process is our focus this year and there will be lot of clarity there by the first qtr. Keep the feedback coming, this will only help us to improve and grow.

      It was a great place to intern, I got to wear many hats and the CTO is extremely intelligent and it gave me many skills i use to this day

      Communication at times was confusing but typically sorted out soon

      Pros

      I almost worked 2 years for logicmatter. It's a great place to learn. Management is very supportive and gives encourages to the employees. Team members are very good. Nice place to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Better If management conducts team lunches and some activities.
