      Pros

      1. Talented team leads & managers 2. Friendly management 3. You are part of the entire process and system and not just a small fish in a big pond 4. Directors promote business ideas and spend time with everyone 5. A good sense of responsibility and humour in team members, leads, managers and directors

      Cons

      The only drawback I see is that things take a little longer to materialize in your favour but the management listens to you, compose you and do take care of you in the end

      It was a great place to intern, I got to wear many hats and the CTO is extremely intelligent and it gave me many skills i use to this day

      Communication at times was confusing but typically sorted out soon

      Pros

      I almost worked 2 years for logicmatter. It's a great place to learn. Management is very supportive and gives encourages to the employees. Team members are very good. Nice place to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Better If management conducts team lunches and some activities.
