Pros
Lots of things to learn in the beginning. Tries to have a startup mentality.
Cons
Very disorganized operation. They are scrambling to find a new line of revenue. Dirty office environment, dead bugs and dirt everywhere. Low work/life balance, they expect you to put in as many hours as possible. There was a time when i was over 50/hrs a week. Its common to get blamed for things that are beyond your direct control. Very high turnover. Just a job, not a career.
