There are always snacks and coffee in the break room that you can have while you have a mental breakdown from all the stress they put you under.
Cons
The owner of the company is the most heartless women I have ever met in my life. They pretend to care about your opinion and interest in change and then turn right around and gossip about you. They have no sense of humanity and the entire upper management is a joke. (Nepotism can do that to a place) They continuously claim to want to make things better but that only comes at the expense of over worked, understaffed, treated like dogs staff. If you try quitting you will get one of two responses. 1) Silence. Not a word from upper management or 2) A guilt trip so bad you have panic attacks for the remainder of your employment there. If you want to grow in a company and be a confident hard worker, I would recommend McDonalds over this place.
