Pros
The technical work horses at this company are the gears that keep this company going. There are some gifted individuals at this company, albeit many that are misplaced, unappreciated or not adequately compensated. There is some opportunity to learn new software application and development skills.
Cons
The best level of communication that you'll get by management is during your interview when you're very rosy outlook of the company. Once you are hired, it's a very different setting and you'll realize it quickly. You'll hear all about billable hours and working harder, and very rarely will you get praises for your hard work. Management does a terrible job of communicating what is really going on with the company, both locally and worldwide. They are out of touch with their staff and their business. There is significant favoritism of a select few individuals, and the whole staff sees it. It's a struggle to have any positive morale.
