Pros
The honeymoon period our CEO had is long gone. He can't lead and the company has faltered. The "strategy change" mentioned in an earlier post is probably the 4th he's had in his less than 3 years on the job. The comment was more cover and spin for layoffs and closures. The previous comment about poor communication in the past was fairly accurate but now the communication is even worse for different reasons. No one trusts leadership as we're only 6 weeks into our fiscal year and 10% of total employees were just laid off.
Cons
Downsides? That is all there is at this point. CEO is an empty suit brought in to package the company up for sale but in 3 years all he's done is bring in "yes" people at key leadership positions, layoff good talent, lose good customers and then blame other people for his failures. As a prospective employee or customer, you need to go elsewhere as the good employees still here are all looking to get out as the continual office closures, strategy changes, and layoffs appear to indicate liquidation.
