1. Company gives chance to active freshers to start career. 2. Every time company takes care for employee's comfort (not respect in work).Like cabs,food,hotels while go out for client site.
Cons
1. No salary increment for technical guys. 2. You can't stay more than one year if you want to learn more technical things. 3. Company product is like college project, no standard maintained.
