Recommended product and company - Anonymous employee LogiNext Solutions Employee Review

I'm currently working for the Jersey City, NJ, office of LogiNext. I have never had such a great experience working for a company. Every employee respected as an expert of their craft and new employee ideas/initiatives are attempted in order to develop the business further. Truly an ethical and stress-free work environment. LogiNext's Cloud-based SaaS product, itself, is one of great utility for creating positive changes in Logistics management and customer experiences. Catered lunches, free snacks, and an office in the heart of Jersey City's Newport District aren't bad perks either.

Can’t think of a single thing

CEO and management have no communication skills whatsoever. The use people’s ideas through recruitment processes. Ask for presentations and case studies and use it for themselves.
