      -Acceptable benefit -Flexible time (but they are now considering to change) -Friendly colleagues -Nice office

      Cons

      - No career path for outsideer. You have only 2 options: + Join CEO's family + Find new job after 3-5 years to develop your career path - Old school management style from Director and Sr. Manager - Old traditional business style - Unprofessional Director causing distraction to you - Many employees are now leaving this sinking ship - Big clients are leaving and only few projects left with no potential

      -Great company culture -Great benefits package - healthcare, dental, life -Excellent work-life balance -- time off respected by management -Hybrid work currently

      Cons

      -Not as many "extra" perks (i.e. snacks in office, gym reimbursement, etc.) -Smaller company, so you wear multiple hats occasionally in your role

      Pros

      I've been working at LogiGear for a number of years, small staff in US, much larger in Asia. Like the culture and the small company environment allows an individual to grow faster and take on as much responsibility as you want. Company works on interesting technical projects for some of the major corporations.

      Cons

      Company is somewhat understaffed currently which can increase workload, however the company is currently hiring.
