Pros
The only pro I can think of is that the company is in research park. I would say the new building, but the environment is too stressful for you to even enjoy it. You are ridiculed if you forget to turn off the restroom lights and you are constantly talked down to for no reason.
Cons
Everything from the CEO, COO/all other jobs he thinks he can perform. The company is ran by two rude and arrogant individuals. Nothing you do will ever be right or worthy of praise. The CEO never admits when she is wrong and blames her short comings from past employees that have either walked out or have been walked out. The company is very hostile and is not a team environment at all.
