-Like any start up, there is a lot of room for process improvement and optimization.
-Expected work day for the sales team is 8:30am-6pm most days.
-Some employees in the past, had their differences with management which was frustrating to hear on a daily basis but part of working out kinks is weeding out employees that don't add a positive influence the team.
