You get to meet a bunch of cool people traveling through and have free access to the rental gear. The good ends there.
Cons
This company is not at all versed in what it takes to make a good experience in hospitality. Instead, they place that responsibility on the property leaders with unrealistic expectations to be accomplished on a shoestring budget in a remodeled building renovated as cheaply as possible. Do not be wooed like I was with their brand message. This company will never see you as an individual, will not support you and will work you into the ground to make their bottom line look good for investors. They will throw you away like a filthy rag and replace you with someone who still has their soul intact. Rinse and repeat. Stay far away if you care anything for your own wellbeing. You may think you can be the solution, but this company is too apathetic for anything other than how the financials look at the end of the month.
