With it being a small footprint in Las Vegas, it has limited opportunities for advancement at this time.

The best decision I made was to leave my last company and come to LPM. Everyone (including cooperate) have been awesome. They truly value all employees and make you feel like family. This isn't something you find anymore. LPM currently has 21 properties and is growing. We have taken over 2 properties in the last week and a half. I would highly recommend LPM to anyone looking for a new company they can grow with.

I haven't found any cons yet. I am very happy, but if that changes I will let you know.
