Pros
Depending on your department, it may be cool. Moving forward in your career, it's good to have an enterprise level organization on your resume. There are some truly passionate folks that care deeply about this industry. They work hard to keep up with the tech culture. Fair salary.
Cons
This place embodies the reasons why people hate Boulder. Stuck up, elitist attitudes. Upper-level managers that are friends with executives, yet have no business being in their roles. People sleeping around with each other and acting like the office is their own personal frat party. Siloed organization, which means you can never find what you need. I've seen managers and directors bullying their subordinates; executives rolling their eyes and engaging in shouting matches with other executives; flippant remarks made left and right from directors. Overall, zero respect all around. People are not willing to help you out as much as they'd like you to believe. 90% of emails go unanswered. It's a "me, me, me" type of place. Their flex time-off policy is a total joke. It all depends on what your manager says, which is obviously different from department to department. Bet your bottom dollar come the Holidays, there are no executives or managers in the office. Just the associates doing all of the work because they don't feel comfortable asking off. They've gone out of their way to prevent people from giving bad reviews on here -- going as far as threatening people to take down reviews.
