Pros

You have a job; just that, nothing more

Cons

The Wilde resort and spa is not a good fit for great peactitioners. Every therapist that is looking for a workplace where an employee is respected, heard and valued, should look for an employment elsewhere. Judge for yourself. The Wilde resort and spa was garnishing the spa employees' gratuities until the employees file the complaint to the AZ department of labor. Lodging Dynamics was denying the wrongdoing by the spa director and the resort GM for several months . A long story short: the spa employees finally received the payback. The therapists' commissions' percentage is the lowest among the Sedona resorts. The schedule balancing is another story. You as a provider, not the laundry department, would get blamed for the stained sheets on the massage table. Certain coworkers create big problems for other teammates. The lead therapist wouldn't hesitate to yell at the providers. Overall, the spa environment is simply unprofessional . If you aren't the one who complaints all the time about other spa employees, you are the one who is constantly responding to the complaints. The Wilde spa is a workplace where you get a solid proof that the coworkers are not your friends. There is a handful of decent folks working there though. No employee parking, no break room. One bathroom only. You aren't allowed to use the guests ' bathrooms.

Pros

I’ve worked for several large hotel management companies, and Lodging Dynamics stands out as the best by far. The CEO and leadership team are approachable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in both people and performance. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in doing things the right way. What truly sets Lodging Dynamics apart is the level of resources and infrastructure in place. Reporting, IT, and cross-department collaboration are best-in-class, which makes it easier to do your job well and focus on driving results. There’s a strong sense of trust, accountability, and shared purpose across the organization. If you’re looking for a company that values people, provides real support, and encourages smart collaboration, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Because teams are highly collaborative, communication can be frequent and meetings can add up at times.
