Since January 2025, the work culture has gradually declined. While it remains a strong place to learn and the product itself is excellent, frequent shifts in decision-making—often without clear rationale—have created ongoing uncertainty. Combined with an aggressive feature rollout pace, limited staffing, and comparatively low compensation, this has created a challenging and at times unsustainable work environment. There is also a tendency to operate reactively—especially when addressing runtime issues—rather than proactively preventing them, which appears closely tied to current staffing constraints.
