Pros
I learned more in my year at Lodago than after 2 years of business masters.
The company is small which makes it easy to be in touch with everyone and have a true voice where all your ideas and suggestions are heard and considered.
The working hours are fully flexible and you get great responsibility of your workload and time management. The missions are diverse and help you learn many aspect of the business, everyone is eager to share their knowledge and I found it very easy to navigate between the departments.
It was also nice to get to meet the team for regular teambuildings and activities.
For me it was an ideal first experience as I learnt a tremendous amount of skills, both soft and technical, while being with a passionate and understanding team.
Cons
It is a fully remote company at the moment, which is amazing for most people but wasn't what I was looking for in the long run, however I know that they are looking to open an office in the future which will solve this!
