It was my worst experience working at a company in my entire life which gave me a phobia to work in a company that lasted for a few months. I was in and out of this company in the shortest time ever. There was no proper training or guidance for the job, the onboarding was very general and they almost expect you to know it all and perform. The expectation on your performance is very high, the stress level was at the maximum when you are totally lost and there was no one to guide you. There was endless meetings every day which does not prove useful or effective. The turnover rate is exceptionally high. When I first joined, some departments were also full of new joiners, I was told all the previous staff have left. It is understandable that if you do not pass your probation period, companies may extend your probation, however, 6 months extension is just too much. There will be constant monitoring on your performance. When a subordinate makes a mistake which requires the upper level (management) to make a decision on how to rectify the issue, they will push the blame on somebody else instead of taking the responsibility to help solve the issue. No encouragement or praises will ever be given (management), they only expect you to show results, and when you have made a mistake, it will be scrutinised and amplified.
