Pros
Had No timing restrictions ( Hoping that it would still be there). You can learn alot here, if you are in a good team.
Cons
If you are in the tech/product team, you will be working 5 days a week, but for the other teams, its a 6-working day or sometimes maybe 7. All the decisions are taken by the inner circle. You don't get timely increments and over the top, they removed the WFH options and have to mandatorily come to the office 6 days a week. All you get it motivational speeches. You should understand that no amount of motivational speech can pay someone's bill.
