Company has some big ideas for growth. You can be the worst driver in the UK and you’d still keep your job, nobody will ever challenge you.

Seem to spend money on unimportant things. Trucks are old and tired, unless you’re based in head office or Essex, then you will get a new one every year. Pay could be better, and doesn’t match all depots. Traffic department are immensely disorganised, there is about 8 of them sitting on the same desk and they don’t communicate.

Not a lot really. Pay on time.
