Great company culture, large network, great benefits and generous PTO/paid sick days.
Cons
Your success will depend on your department as each team is ran as their own business. The Lockton On Call team did not have much upward mobility and was very limited in what you can learn and experience as an HR Professional. Lockton on Call positions are within benefits/HR but very much feels like a call center for clients with rigid expectations and little flexibility. It’s a great position to get your foot in the door to gain industry experience, however I would not stay more than a year.
