Pros

-Motivated professionals who clearly desire to work for the best of the company. -Good compensation package. -If you are cut out to be there, you will never be happier. It takes a certain personality type. If you aren't happy here, you will be miserable. There doesn't seem to be any moderately happy people.

Cons

-They expect that you will be motivated for the best of the company 24/7 all day every day. -I never figured out what my role should have been there. They go out of their way to say that every employee is empowered to do what they think needs doing, but they never provided me with much direction as to what my actual job should have been let alone, how I should do it. And this was despite me having asked many times. -Management is too eager to punish innocent mistakes. -Some have described the place as cult-like. I don't know about that, but you do have to be cut from a certain cloth to fit in and work well there. There are some employees who have a slavish devotion to the place, especially to certain producers in the organization. -Bad outcomes are NOT tolerated, even if t hey're no one's fault. If something bad happens, expect someone to pay

Pros

A true “team effort” environment. I think it really depends on who your team lead is and the dynamic of the group you work with. You will get a ton of experience fine tuning skills as they provide constant trainings and resources to learn. Decent pay when compared to competitor companies and great 401k plan. Plenty of company and marketing events. Hybrid work is great. Again to preface, who you work with can make or break the atmosphere, but everyone I’ve met has been extremely nice and willing to help. Opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Health benefits could be better. Company is really pushing new business and there can be a lot of work and last minute fires to put out that can feel daunting. There have been quite a few times I’ve worked late into the night to get things wrapped up. You need to self organize or things can easily fall through the cracks very quickly. A lot of meetings that can take up a majority of your day - leaving less time to get actual work done.
