      Pros

      Company sites are mainly office buildings, decent pay, also weekly pay, the account managers try to put you in a location close to you

      Cons

      No room for growth, no raises, the sites get boring really fast, and the field supervisors always run to the account managers with any issues they have with you instead of just speaking to you about it

      Honest and upfront about job duties and performance expected. Hirer pay than most companies, Good benifits for Officers. Officers are held to a higher standard than with most companies.

      Company is honest and reliable- they treated me and my coworkers with respect and worked to make sure we were taken care of and had what we needed in order to do the job we are supposed to do

      They dont have a lot turnover so it can be hard to get a job there
