Some district mangers better than others - Facility Manager Lockaway Storage Employee Review

The people here are really very nice and easy to talk to. They do care about their employees and let me tell you I have worked at another storage facility (not going to enclose name) but they were absolutely horrific. It is not corporate cold like a lot of corporations are.

I have been with Lockaway for almost a year and have been at same property for that period of time. My property is on the outskirts of San Antonio, and I drive 40 min to work every day. There are no apartments or low-income housing or even middle-income housing for miles. The marketing strategy is out of sorts. They do not want to hear what my asst. and I have to say and seem to think we don't know what we are talking about. So, feeling unheard is the only con I can think of.

The only good thing about this company is the actual duties itself .

DMs of this company are on their high horse and are a joke. They do not care about their tenants, their facilities or their employees. This California owned company only cares about making a buck… litteraly.
