Pros

Every day I enter the company, I'm enveloped by an aura of positivity and dedication. Locinox isn't just a company—it's a group of passionate professionals who wear smiles. Why? Because Locinox offers a clear vision. We are proud to work for a 'Best managed Company'. The company cultivates an environment that thrives on collaboration and a proactive spirit. We foster growth, celebrate each other's successes, and pull together in challenging times. The absence of blame culture is refreshing. Instead, everybody helps each other, ensuring everyone can achieve their best. At Locinox, doors of opportunity are always open, allowing everyone to ascend, learn, and be the best version of ourselves. We work hard, but also make time to party together; from our monthly get-togethers to our shared sporting activities. Every year, Locinox hosts a day dedicated entirely to team-building. On this day, office doors shut, and we embark on an exhilarating journey to rediscover and strengthen our bonds. Every morning at Locinox, we don't just go to work; we embark on another exciting chapter of our shared journey.

Cons

As we only work 39 hours a week, we have fewer days off than I'm used to. You build op "anciënniteitsdagen" quickly.

Pros

The company is maturing into a full fledged corporation. Communication has improved. Vision has improved. Products continue to be great! With the growth comes some bumps in the road, but it's a great place to grow and develop as the company does the same. Improved pay and benefits.

Cons

Can be very busy, and have an intense goal structure

Pros

Good pay, ok benefits. You get a lunch hour. Sometimes they order food.

Cons

No training! You then get blamed for not being trained! Excuses upon excuses over why they will not train. Favoritism is heavily at play here. Only certain people can work from home, even if in extreme circumstances. Gossip is heavy. Careful what you say, even to management. Expect to either be apart of the clique and have your life consumed buy their world; go home and chat the people you worked with all day, or be shunned as an outsider. Buyer/ employee beware for work/ home life balance if you want to be happy here.
