Pros
Culture and atmosphere all around is great. Work hard together as a team and listen to the needs of each player. Rewarding projects. Down to earth managers. Plenty of overtime available (so long as it’s billable).
Cons
Boise city is very congested. Base pay might not be as high as other competitors, (but overtime pay can level that out).
